Online Traumatherapie (EMDR, rescripting etc) 90 minutes
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a specialized, evidence-based therapy designed to help you process and heal from traumatic or distressing experiences. Using gentle, guided eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation, EMDR helps your brain reprocess difficult memories so they no longer feel overwhelming—allowing you to move forward with greater clarity and emotional relief.
